RETURN POLICY: The MadisonAveGifts Guarantee: If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 30-days of order date for exchange, credit, or refund. Sorry, refund is for merchandise price only; delivery & processing charges will not be refunded. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received.
PLEASE NOTE: Beginning November 1st, 2019 there will be a 3% credit card processing fee on returned items. As we use PayPal to process all our credit cards, this rule was implemented by them.
Larger orders are considered a special order and will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned, plus the cost of shipping we may have paid to send it to you. We will notify you by email. Please allow two to three weeks for processing of return. We will email you a confirmation of the return.
All sale items are returnable; however, a credit due to our store will be issued. Sorry, a cash refund is not available for sale items.
